At the very start in 2006, ISSC Initiated informal education programs for over 300 plus children in slum areas. Most kids belong to families of wage workers who could not afford to send them even to a government school.
With help from donors, distribution of Kites, food packets, writing slates and books were ongoing programs up to 2019. Distribution of the same was done in many government schools. This helped boost morale and attendance of the students.
Over ten thousand gift boxes were distributed to school children from 20 schools in Gandhidham. The boxes were obtained by ISSC through CSR funding.
Interfaith dialogue has been an integral part of ISSC. This initiative was a key to catalyze harmony from the onset.

College and schools children joined in the Rally on HIV AIDS Day. Medical camps were organized to create health awareness among slum dwellers.
ISSC Coordinated efforts to infrastructure development. With the construction of a vital road in Gokuldham, Manorama Nagar, 72/1, Galpadhar in the year 2013-2014, many commuters and localities immensely benefitted.
This year also marked the free distribution of blankets, cycles and wheelchairs to the most deserving. A total of 500 free blankets were distributed to homeless and slum dwellers. 30 cycles were distributed to wage workers who could not afford the same. Over 100 Wheelchair were distributed freely to the specially abled and those who could not afford the same.

2009 marked the start of tailoring classes, paper cup making and computer literacy programs. These programs were beneficial to over 700 women and children from lower margins of society.
Established through the CSR fund, drinking water plants were installed in 10 government schools and institutions.
Successfully formed women’s self-help groups in slum areas. These groups opened accounts in Dena Bank, who helped them achieve financial literacy and independence.
A toll free number was launched which received many desperate and distress call from students and adults seeking advice and counselling. Later on, one to one counselling sessions also resolved many disputes through spiritual guidance and support.
